Renew Domain Mapping

  Hello,
  I am trying to renew the domain mapping ($13/yr), but I think it may have entered the ‘grace period’ (formally expires today)… I can’t seem to enter payment information or credit card number. Please help!

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the http://friendsofpioneerparkaviary.org/ domain mapping upgrade.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew the Domain Mapping upgrade.

  Ok, that makes sense – thank you! Is it at all possible for the person who is currently the owner/admin to make my username the owner/admin? We’ve had a change in staffing…

  Yes, that is possible. The easiest way is for that person to post here on this forum thread.
