Renew domain mapping

Trying to renew domain mapping for welly.org.nz but I end up in the same endless loop that other users mention frequently in the forum. There is frequent mention of checking if you purchased the mapping under a different account. But I didn’t. Any ideas on how I can renew my domain mapping? It seems it is not easy. Why is that?

Hi @wellyblog, please log out then log in as the user who owns the upgrade (use the email address that received notices). You can renew then.

Thanks but still having trouble. Yes I have another user account castnz that somehow looks like it “owns” the domain mapping for wellyblog. Not sure how that happened. Anyway, even under castnz, I cannot get to any page that lets me renew the domain mapping, it just says I have no sites (I recently deleted the castnz site). Ideally, I would like to delete the castnz account completely, and unlock the domain mapping of welly.org.nz, so that I can then add it to the wellyblog account. Is it possible to do that? I am just going round in circles with this. Any help would be most appreciated.
