Renew Domain Mapping

I would like to renew our Domain Mapping, which is set to expire tomorrow, and there is no option to simply renew — why am I being asked to upgrade? I do not wish to upgrade.

I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

Thank you for your prompt reply — I apologize for not seeing your response – assumed I would get an email notification of a response…
Anyways, since I am not the one who created the account, I was given different log-in info. Now I am in charge of the account, so will go ahead and sign in under that info. Will get back to you if that doesn’t work. -
