Renew Domain name

  Hi,

  My domain name will expire in a few weeks – I cannot renew the domain from the wordpress.com web site – can you please tell me how to proceed?

  Since the domain alessenciel.com was purchased by a different user than lallie27, that user needs to be logged in to make the renewal.

  Once that user is logged in, they will be able to make the renewal under Store > My Upgrades, here:

  https://alessenciel.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  The email address that I used to create this blog with is not functioning any more.
  Can you please tell me how I can do the renewal without the old email address ?

  PS : I have already renewed my domain name for five years today

  You don’t actually need access to the email to log in. Just log in with on the account that purchased the upgrade – use the username and password, no email required – and you’ll be able to do the renewal. Once you’re logged in, you can update the email address on that account as well.
