renew domain name

    My primary domain name–projectconnectasheville.com–expired, and when I paid $99.00 to upgrade my account, it still says my domain name is expired. How do I make my primary domain name un-expired?

    Hi John,

    The domain projectconnectasheville.com was registered by a different WordPress.com account (not your account eurostudies). Only the account that registered and owned the domain name can manage and recover it.

    However, it looks like the domain name expired long enough ago that the domain register is getting ready to release it again. You can check the status of the domain name here:

    http://who.is/whois/projectconnectasheville.com

    The current status is “pendingDelete” which means it’s about to be released again so it’s available to register. At that point, once the domain is available, you’ll be able to register it again as a new domain: Register a New Domain
