renew domain name

  I received an email about renewing my domain name and clicked on the link to do so but there is no place for me to do this. I went to purchases and billing history and both are empty. How do I renew? Where can I find my EPP code for beaconconted.com? Thanks

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
