I can’t find any way to renew my domain name. How do I do that?

Hi there,
Are you referring to the domain westhavenword.com? If so, westhavenword.com is now in a redemption period. You can still renew your domain through us, but it is now a more expensive and complicated process to do so. Our registrar charges an $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $26 we charge to renew the domain. The good news is that this is still a chance of reclaiming the domain through this option.
Your other option is to wait until the redemption period is over so that the domain becomes available for registration again. Domains are usually in redemption for approximately 80 days, but with this option, you run
the risk of someone else jumping in front of you to purchase the domain before you get the chance.Please let me know if you want to proceed with paying the late renewal fee in the attempt to reclaim the domain name. This option is also time sensitive because the domain can be auctioned off to an expired domain bidder.
I would suggest enabling the auto-renew option so that you will not have to worry about losing control over your domain in the future.

Thank for your reply! But, no, I’m NOT talking about westhavenword.com. i have two site, and that was the first I set up. Then I created whcommunitygarden.org. Somehow that became attached to the first westhavenword.com account. They need to be separate. How can we make that happen. I need to renew whcommunitygarden.org domain name, etc.

whcommunitygarden.org is not attached to the westhavenword account, which is why you are unable to renew it from your end. It is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. If you log into the account associated with the domain upgrade, you should be able to renew it without issue. The subscription doesn’t end until October 7th, so you have time.

OF course if it was that simple I would do that. I am going to the whcommunitygarden site but there is no way I can renew from it! It keeps bringing me to westhavenword site to renew! That’s the problem!!

Are you unable to log into the whcommunitygarden username/account? Again, you are contacting me from your westhavenword account which isn’t the account that the upgrade is under – that is why you keep bringing you to the westhavenword site when attempting to renew whcommunitygarden.org.
To confirm ownership, If you can log into whcommunitygarden and post in this thread, I’ll provide you with the link you’ll need to renew your domain. It’s located in Manage Purchases under your account.
If you no longer have account credentials for whcommunitygarden, I would be more than happy to assist you in regaining access to your account. If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll definitely get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Ah I see. Well now the problem is I don’t have a clue to what email and password I used for that site! I went to the account recovery form and I don’t no where any of that info is to authenticate who I am. I DO have the credit card info I used to purchase the site. I am the only person who has access to both sites. There is no one else. I can’t image you can’t see my name on the whcommunity garden site. So what do I do now? Thanks.

There are a few things we can do.
You might want to look back in your records to see if you still have the transaction confirmation from the last time the domain whcommunitygarden.org was renewed at WordPress.com, back in October 7th.
All our payments are processed by PayPal (even if you paid directly with a credit card).
PayPal can provide you with this transaction ID, which we can then verify on our end. It’s a 17-digit number. You can reach them at:

When contacting PayPal, please have the following details of the transaction ready:
– Name on card
– Amount and date of transaction
– Card numberAlternately, what I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
