  Hi My domain name has expired 6 days ago and I don’t know how to renew it.

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. What is the domain URL that needs to be renewed?

  To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  Hi Darnell
  My URL is starzecs.co.uk (and is linked to starzecs.com).
  It was set up by the secretary of my trade association (SoMSR) who has moved and been replaced.
  I have emailed them about this problem but as yet they have not replied.
  They must have received (and ignored) the renewal notice without telling me.
  I am really eager to reinstate my website!!!
  What can we do?

  The best bet in retrieving the domain is to get in touch with the former secretary and see if she is okay with transferring the subscription over to you.
