Renew domain name

    I am trying to simply renew my domain name for 2017. The only options I can access through ‘manage purchases’ is an upgrade from the standard $18 minimum as I have done in the past. I would like to do that before it expires in 13 days. Where on the site can I do that?

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
