Renew Domain Name

  Hi,

  I can’t seem to figure out how to renew my domain name. In the upcoming charges and manage purchases section of my website, nothing seems to show up allowing me to renew it.

  [redacted] was registered through GoDaddy so you will need to login to your account there in order to renew this domain.

  Hi, this is in regards to my other domain name, which I would like to remain private here. I am not sure why the mvp domain was added, but I did not write it.? If you could delete that last line of my question that would be very helpful. Thanks.

  In Purchases page have you checked the Billing history too?
  Please try changing dates over there.

  If you’re trying to renew this domain than this is not registered by us, the whois shows its registered through GoDaddy.

  This thread has already modlook so someone from staff will check and get back to you on this.

  Hi testvtest,

  The mvp domain was added because it was selected on the help page. I can see you previously registered a custom domain through WordPress.com, which is listed in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Is this the domain you are referring to?

  Hi, thanks. This is for another domain name registered through WordPress.com. I got an email today saying it will expire on August 15th, 2018, so I want to renew it. But when I try to do so, I can’t find where to do it. The domain name starts with C.

  Hi, I see a domain name starting with a C on a different username account than the one you are logged in here with. That username ends in “15”. You need to log in through that account in order to pay the renewal on that domain name.

  Great and glad that is sorted out. I think I got what you wanted out of this thread. What’s a little confusion among friends. ;P
