Renew Domain of Shared Blog, previous owner held the account

  I took over a domain of a friend’s site and I need to renew the domain that he previously paid for. I can’t seem to get to the screen that allows me to renew. Any tips?

  Hi Brian,

  The domain is still under your friend’s account and only he can renew it. He’ll need to transfer the upgrade over to you in order for you to have the ability to renew it under your account.

  If you can have him post in this thread giving consent for me to transfer the domain over to you, I’d be happy to take care of that ASAP.
