renew domain registration

  How do I renew the domain registration? When I click on payments for my primary domain, it sends me to a plan upgrade offer.

  Hi @bakast, I don’t see any domain upgrades on your account, but I do see you’re on a site where another user bought a domain.

  Are you able to log in as that person, or have them log in and make the renewal payment?

  They could also contact us to have us transfer the upgrade to you.

  The original owner transferred the account to me ~3 years ago. For some reason the domain administration still goes to him. I did find a link from last year and got to a payment page that indicated that the domain was on autopay to be billed (to my card) on the expiration date. Thought all was well. Now the site is off line. :(

  I like autopay, but doing it on the expiration date is a bit risky. I realize that you cannot do much phone support on a low margin account, but I am just trying to pay you. Any way to make that happen?
