renew domain subscription help needed

  Can you help me renew my expired domain subscription? The “renew” button isn’t an option.
  Reading about the process seems like a maze.
  What’s the quick, simple, inexpensive process?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog, who is the Admin of the blog and who purchased the domain mapping upgrade for the blog.

  But I’m not seeing a “renew” button or option.

  Yes. Just says it expired Jan 23rd.

  Hi there, the domain learningpursuitsblog.com is registered through GoDaddy, so you’d need to log into your control panel over there to manage the domain. It does already look to be renewed through January 2015, however.

  The domain mapping upgrade, which links your custom domain to your WordPress.com site, can be renewed under Store > My Upgrades:

  https://learningpursuits.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  As timethief mentioned, upgrades can only be renewed by the same user who purchased them. In your case, the reason you’re not seeing a way to renew the mapping upgrade is that it was purchased by a different user. You can either ask that person to log in and renew the upgrade, or I can remove the old mapping upgrade so you can re-purchase it under your drheidiscott username. Just let me know which you prefer.

  I was actually able to transfer the upgrade to you directly, so you can now renew it under your own account.
