  I’ve got your email. It’s ask me to renew my upgrded account for $18. Is it annually or monthly?
  Because if I go on my site to upgrade my account it offers me to upgrade for $8 or$25. But in the email it ask me to renew my upgrade for $18. So I don’t understand?

  Hi –

  Which site are you getting that email for? I don’t see any active upgrades on the account that you’ve contacted us from. That makes me think that the site in question is actually connected to a different WordPress.com user account.

  Once we know which site is involved we can check the status and provide a clear explanation. Thanks!

  Upgred for that site expired, now I want to renew my upgrade or to upgrade it again. It’s about analomjanski.com. Now I am using free version of that site which is analomjanskidotcom.wordpress.com
  My question is, if it is better and cheaper to renew it for $18 or to upgrade it for $8 monthly? If I still can renew it for $18 (is it monthly bill or what)?

  analomjanski.com is not currently registered anywhere. You don’t own that domain. It looks to have expired several years ago.

  My suggestion is to get started on the personal plan. That plan includes the $18 fee of your domain registration for the first year. After that, you’ll renew both the plan and the domain each year for a total of $78/annually.

  We don’t have monthly billing. At the time of purchase you’ll pay the annual price for the plan. If you decide to upgrade further that payment will be applied towards the update. These are also refundable for 30 days after purchase.

  Go to https://wordpress.com/pricing/ and add the personal plan to your account. Then, click on My Sites – Manage – Domains – Add New and register analomjanski.com to secure ownership of it.

  Ok, thank you for detailed explanation, but I was charged from 2016 anually with $90 from wordpress until this year. I didn’t use it since 2016, but I paid regularly every year. So I don’t know how you see that expired several years ago?

  Hi there,

  If you go to your Billing History (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing), you’ll see that both your plan and your domain were last renewed in March 2018. A year after that last renewal both of them expired and were removed from your account.
