renew my domain name and my site

  I checked my site and discovered the domain name expired. How can I get it renewed and get my site back up.

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. What is the URL of the domain that expired? Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  The domain name that I am trying to get renewed is sueade.com. At that time I also bought the name seade.net and so it might be under that
  name, but it is not want that I want renewed. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  seade.com is not hosted with WordPress.com, but rather with Godaddy.

  You’ll need to touch base with them in regards to renewing the domain.
