renew my domains

  I’ve been receiving notification to renew but have yes to receive instructions. I went to ‘Manage Purchases’ and there is nothing there to direct me were to go.
  this is so annoying I don’t have this problem with GODADDY
  I’m going to be extremely upset if I lose my Domains.
  WTF

  Hi there, what are the domains that you wish to renew?

  Is it possible you need to be logged in with a different WordPressdotcom username account?

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here only owns the free WordPress.com site, http://theguyforthat.wordpress.com/, and has never bought anything from us, so I can confirm you’re definitely not logged into the correct account.

  Log in as the username that you used to buy your domain, and you’ll see it listed and be able to renew it, provided it hasn’t already been removed from the account.

  If you’re not sure of the correct account, please provide the domain name and we can help you find the right account.
