Renew my upgraded blog this year

  Hello,

  I have a domain registered on wordpress, empararossello.com. Now, when I want to surf it on Internet, it doesn’t show. I guess I have to pay for this new year, but I don’t know how to do it. I charged somebody else to create and register my site, because I’m not very skilled on blogging, web, etc. So, what i should do?

  I’ve got another blog, a free version, festivalalsllits.wordpress.com. I’m writing since this account.
