    Hi, I’m trying to renew my WordPress business plan but I get error AXLZNE. I see a notification saying purchases are disabled. I need to re-enable purchases.

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
