  My renewal for my website claudiahelliwell.com ran out 2 months ago, and now I would like to renew it again. I bought the website for £15 and I would like to buy it for the same price, but for some reason it’s making me subscribe for £2.50 at least monthly subscription. Why is it doing this and are you able to renew it again for £15 please?

  Hi @claudiahelliwell, we actually stopped offering a-la-carte upgrades a few years ago. Your upgrade was grandfathered in until it expired.

  The good news though is that plans not only support a domain, they also remove ads and give you chat-based support. Plus they help us keep free sites free. You can add a domain to the personal plan without any trouble. Thanks for understanding!
