  I am trying to renew this site, but i am getting the below message
  ‘The domain inhomecaregiversofillinois.com expired 12 days ago. It can be renewed by the user Telisha L. Emerson (telishaemerson).’
  I am having trouble getting hold of Telisha to renew the site, can you send a payment link to my email so I can renew my site?

  Only the owner of a domain can renew it. Please try contacting them again.

  Once you hear back from them, it’s best to ask them to transfer the domain over to your account, so that you can avoid such situations in the future.
