  I want to renew my WordPress Premium account and your website simply won’t let me. It keeps saying that We already have the subscription and do I want to upgrade but then not letting me upgrade

  In addition I have renewed the domain name with our service provider but WordPress still seems to think that it will expire in a couple of days.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  The WordPress.com Premium plan on your site was purchased by another administrative user. If you can’t renew that upgrade from the Store > My Upgrades menu, the user who made the purchase last year will need to do it.

  As for the domain name, this notice is in reference to the Domain Mapping upgrade that is bundled with the Premium plan. Once the Premium plan is renewed, your Domain Mapping will be renewed as well.

  We have gone through all the the administrators of the account and no one is able to upgrade it. How can we tell who can upgrade it ?

  can we delete all the administrators except 1 and then it will default to that ?

  Unfortunately, that’s not how it works. Can you have the other administrators contact us through our contact form? Have them mention ticket #544629-f. It doesn’t matter if they choose public or private for their tickets.

  The user who purchased this upgrade will have access to the contact form since they’ve made a purchase. Any administrator who can’t access the form is not the one you’re looking for.
