  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com account that you are posting from. So that is the crux of the issue. Only the account owner can renew an upgrade.

  Could you have have created an additional WordPress.com account at some point?

  Thank you.So, what can I do? Upgrades are due between 11 and 18 days.
