  If my subscription doesn’t expire for sixty days, what is the rush to renew now? I received something earlier, at the ninety day mark, that said something about 199 dollars and yet the cost us supposed to be ninety-nine. I’m confused about this upgrade inquiry….

  We auto renew domain upgrades 30 days before their expiration date. Why? Since letting a domain expire means you may not be able to get it back in the future, we want to ensure that everything is taken care of in advance. We do send out multiple notification emails before charging your card, as we try not to surprise anyone.

  I’m not sure why you would have seen anything stating a $199 price. Your upgrade is WordPress.com Premium which is $99/yr.
