    Hello,

    I guess I missed renewing my site by a day and now I can’t work out how to renew. Can you direct me to the right page please. When I go to ‘manage purchases’ it does not recognize that I have a site. Thanks!

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
