Hi there,
That domain is not registered with us. You’ll need to contact the registrar where you originally bought that domain to renew it.
That domain appears to be registered with webnic.cc

Thank you Kokkieh! Is there any chance that I could transfer the domain here and retain the ingredients of the existing site. The person is no longer be available and I need my site to be active.

It’s not possible to transfer domains to us, but you can use it with a site hosted with us via the domain mapping upgrade included in all our plans.
Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)
You’ll first need to import all your content on the existing site to a new free site here on WordPress.com (or you can use http://frontierbizworld.wordpress.com/ that’s already in your account – a completely different site from http://www.frontierbizworld.com/).
After you’ve imported your content, point the domain over here from your domain provider, purchase a plan at My Site ->Plans, and add the domain mapping upgrade.

Uishk..how do I import as the existing site already expired. If it it can imported. I am ever gladly to upgrade it here and maintain it myself. Err any suggestion? Thanks!

You will need to ask the previous hosting provider for an XML export of the site. Note that if the site is offline, any images you had on the site won’t be imported, but only content – posts and pages – will.
Or the host might be able to provide you with a database backup. That cannot be imported here, so you’ll need to import it to a new self-hosted site before you can get a .xml export which you can import here.
