  I am trying to renew my blog inhometutoringandspeechtherapy and have had considerable difficulty. I was sent a link for a premium sight where I got to step 5 and nothing happened. Also I had to go to another browser to even be able to do this. Can I please get a link I can use with Google Chrome. Is email the only way to communicate

  I checked your account and I can see you’ve been able to purchase a plan now.

  I was sent a link for a premium sight where I got to step 5 and nothing happened.

  When you reached step 5, what did you see? Was the page blank or was there an error message?

  Hi there,

  Now I am dealing with eliminating “wprdpress” in the URL

  The domain you were trying to map has been cancelled and released for registration. This is why you were unable to see it in your account.

  I’ve done two things:

  1. Removed domain mapping from your plan as it wasn’t working.

  2. Added a new domain credit for you to use. You can now re-register that domain again from your Domains page:

  https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/

  Once your chosen domain has been registered, set it as the primary domain using these steps:

  Domains

  I am at the point of pure frustration! Everytime I try to assess my blog, I am told the password is wrong. I reset it and it says it has been reset but I am still not able to assess it. I paid $99 to have my domain name without wordpress in the URL and still do not have it. I have been going back and fort with these emails and nothing works! I have even ask others to help and they are confused as to what is suppose to be done and / or not done. We try to fo;;ow the links and do what is said to be done and nothing works! Is emai the only way to communicate because this isn't working

  What is the URL of the blog you are trying to access? There are two in the account you are currently logged in to:

  – https://inhometutoringandspeechtherapy.wordpress.com/

  – https://inhometutoringandspeechtherapycom.wordpress.com/

  Are you able to login using a different browser?

  You use to own the domain inhometutoringandspeechtherapy.com but cancelled it. The domain is now no longer registered to you — if you want to use it on your site, please re-register it on the Domains page here:

  https://wordpress.com/domains/add/inhometutoringandspeechtherapy.wordpress.com
