  I’m trying to renew my domain name and it says I can do so for C$24. When I go to Plans the only one I can see is for C3.99/month, billed yearly. Can you help me? Thanks!

  Hi there,

  You don’t own any domains on WordPress.com. You used to own the domain, sheppardhillhome.com, but that domain expired on 17 January. That domain has already passed through redemption and is beyond the point where we can still recover it for you.

  The domain should be released by our registrar within the next week or two, at which point you might be able to register it again, provided no one else buys it before you get to it. If you wish to register the domain with us again you will need to buy a plan under My Site ->Plans in order to register it.
