  There is no phone support at WordPress.com but if you have an upgraded plan you’re entitled to email and live chat support via http://wordpress.com/help/contact. People with free plans need to post their questions here. If forum volunteers can’t help they tag the thread for further investigation by staff.

  HI there,

  Are you trying to renew the Premium Plan on languagetrips2016.com?

  That upgrade belongs to the username, figaroperez. If you log in as that username you will both have the ability to renew the upgrade, and you will have access to live chat support via the contact form linked to above.

  It does appear that upgrade was already renewed on 28 March and is good until April 2018.

  I logged on as figaroperez and figured it all out today. We created a new site for out trip next month and still have access to the old so thank you for your post. It helped me when I realized as I was not the one to set this up last year but have taken it over. Cheers
