  i am trying to renew my wordpress account. It is only showing me upgrade choices. I have paid $13 year for the last 4 years. How do I renew this as my website is not coming up.

  You can renew the domain mapping upgrade from your Manage Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
