  I receive a notice about my site renewal failure. You most likely have an old credit card number. Can we fix this here or is there a link?

  Hi there,

  Once you login to your WordPress.com account,
  My Sites (on the left-hand side of your screen)
  Select your site > Plan > Renew option
  You’ll be asked there for Credit Card details or Paypal

  or direct link here: https://wordpress.com/plans/

  Alternatively, you can go to this Purchases page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
  And, update your Credit Card Number there and you’ll be also able to renew from there.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here owns no upgrades or sites on WordPress.com, and we don’t have any card details on file for you.

  What is the address of the site for which you received the renewal notice? You’ll need to be logged into the account that owns that site in order to renew the upgrade.
