  I would like a refund and my renewal to be cancelled please. I received no information prior to the renewal about it being due and I have had an email today saying it’s been automatically renewed when I didn’t want to renew it.

  I can cancel your Personal plan renewal and issue you a full refund. However, I would like to know if you’re planning on keeping the domain naturalieclaudie.com you registered here and use it elsewhere. If I cancel the domain, there is no guarantee it will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back.
