    I received notice that my domain is about to expire – I followed the instructions – went to purchases and there isn’t anything there. What needs to happen?

    What is the domain name? It must be under a different WordPress.com account because the one you are contacting us from does not have an upgrade nor a history of purchases.

    You can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
