  Hi, I have been trying to renew this, but the link on my email [redacted] says that I do no own the website?? It might be because my husband helped to set it up? PLease can you let me know how to renew

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Also, the email you provided isn’t the email associated with the account. Do you have any other emails that could be associated with a WordPress.com account?

  To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
