Hi.
I’m trying to downgrade my plan because I no longer need the Business plan that I payed for the last 2 years. My blog has been suspended and I need to understand what are my options to keep it running. I want to pay the Personal Plan but it doesn’t allow me.

Your site has not been suspended, but your domain is no longer connected, so the site can only be accessed at the free address, https://solteracodiciadadotcom.wpcomstaging.com/, at the moment.
The Business Plan on your site expired more than a month ago, and was removed from your account last week, so currently there isn’t any plan on your site to downgrade.
In order for you to upgrade to Personal, we’ll first need to properly revert your site to the free plan – when you installed plugins on it some changes were made to how the site works, and we’ll need to reverse those changes to make it work like a regular WordPress.com site without plugins again.
This means all plugins you have installed on the site will be removed. There’s also a risk that any content you added to the site since installing your first plugin on 6 May 2018 might be lost.
Please confirm if you understand the risks of this process and would like us to proceed.

Hi. Thanks for answering. I don’t know which pluggins are those. Can you tell me where to find them so I can better understand what will change?

The site was just using Akismet and Jetpack, which are both built-in here for all sites, so theoretically you won’t lose anything by downgrading.
