I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.

The charge is coming from a different site. The one that you’ve listed has no upgrades attached, nor are there any charges associated with your
lscampuser account.If you add the charge details on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ our billing team will be able to help you. There’s also a

What will happen to the blog I had under that domain? Is there a way I can keep it and not lose what I’ve posted? I don’t even know if I posted on the domain that I paid for. I am not computer savvy at all.
This is the blog that I don’t want to lose the info on.

The site that was under the domain https://comethyfount.wordpress.com/ still exists, and as mentioned, you can use the transaction ID you provided to recover access to the account in question via https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
