Why did I not receive an email informing me that my account was due to renew and a charge would be made prior to account being charged? I did not have enough money in there and now I have a $32 dollar overdraft I need to pay because of it. I am very angry about this none notification way of renewal.

The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us.
We send several emails prior to auto-renewal on an account taking place, the first one usually sent 90 days before the upgrade expires (60 days before the actual renewal, as we renew upgrades 30 days before expiration). If you didn’t receive these emails, your email provider might have filtered them as spam.
I see you have deleted this account since posting here. If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this as you won’t be able to reply here any more using a closed account.
