Hi,
I have had difficulty getting into my site and have received an email from your business how to fix it. As yet I haven`t managed to do so. I want to renew my subscription but can`t access what i need to do.
Can you put a hold on deleting my site for a couple of days to give me time to work out how to get in to my dashboard please?
I`m an older person and technology is a challenge…lol

Hi there, what is the exact address of the website you need help with? Please provide that information so we can point you in the right direction for support. If the site you need help with is hosted here on WordPress.com, log out of this account and try logging in with the email address where the notification was sent to.
I looked at your other forum thread where Staff indicated that your gaminggrief website is not hosted here on WordPress.com, but you also indicated that you don’t own that domain any longer. However, that site is still connected to your WordPress.com account.
I see that this thread has been flagged for Staff assistance, but without knowing which website is involved, it will be difficult to assist.

What i the URL of your WordPress.com site?
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
