We do not have a website and really do not need one for what we do but our email addresses are important. Our payment card number has changed since we first started and I have now managed to update it for the renewal. Our emails have stopped working. How do I recover them? I’ve been a bit lax and should have changed the card details earlier, I was getting messages from WordPress. The domain name is not available to anyone else yet!! All I want to do is pay.

What is the URL of the domain you are wishing to renew?
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that raymontpropertydevelopment.com is registered here at WordPress.com but under a different account, and not your @steve994572519 login.
To clarify the issue, I see that the domain raymontpropertydevelopment.com has expired last month, so to reestablish your website and email you will need to log in to your other account, and then you can renew here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
