  My website lapsed and I need to renew, but can’t figure who or where to pay. Somebody else was handling so I don’t have an account.

  We have no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind since 2019 under the account you’re currently logged into.

  Since the domain is not registered here and you’re a listed Administrator of the site, you should be able to repurchase the Business upgrade for your site here:

  Once you get that Business plan in place, you’ll have access to priority email support, and if you purchase a yearly subscription, live chat support. You can access this priority support from your account page where you can get help more quickly than posting in the free public support forums.

  If there’s anything off with your site after getting that plan back in place, you can get help with that there as well.

  If you don’t own the domain (which is currently registered at GoDaddy), you should work with the person who owns it to transfer it to you as well.
