  Yes, I can see an active upgrade for the account associated with that email address.

  So, here are some options to get this sorted out:

  1. Log into the account associated with that email address and post here on this thread asking to have that account canceled. Staff will be able to assist you.

  2. Log into the account associated with that email address and ask staff via livechat to help you with cancellation: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  3. If you are unable to log into that account for some reason, you can use our “why was I charged system” to help get that site canceled.

  You need to delete the upgrade to stop being charged and get a refund (if the charge is within the refund window). You can decide to delete the account after you have sorted out the upgrade cancellation issue.

  Wat can’t I SEe an active upgrade in my purchase history?
  That’s where I neef to end the subscription so I won’t be billed.

  Because the user account that you are posting from, Krokus1, is not the owner of the upgrade. You need to log into the WordPress.com user account with the email address you posted earlier.

  If you cannot log into that account, please use the “why was I charged system” that I mentioned earlier to help us sort this out.
