Renewal and billing notification

    Hello. I recently received a notification that my WordPress.com plan will renew soon and I will be automatically charged. I switched to wordpress.org awhile ago and should no longer be on wordpress.com, and should have no renewal payments scheduled. In my account I have no renewal planned that show. Please explain!

    No worries. I’ll be glad to help. Can you tell me which site was associated with the email that you received? There aren’t any upgrades or plans associated with the account that you’re using here. It’s never bought anything from us. The charge you speak of must be under a different user account.
