Renewal attempt displays as though no website there

    I was manually renewing, and the Account Settings and Manage Purchases pages state that I do not have a WordPress site. I’ve had it since 2011. If I type my site in directly, it all shows. But going to account tabs from within the still-visible sites STILL claim I don’t yet have a WordPress site. Any suggestions?

    What is the site URL in question? As you note, I’m not seeing that the account you are posting from does not have any WordPress.com sites associated with it.

    An additional issue is likely that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is also not the owner of that upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
