    Hi, I no longer have a website and I’ve just received an email to say I’ve bought another domain when I haven’t and I’ve been billed £36. Can you refund this for me as I don’t have a domain anymore.

    Hi there,

    This payment was the annual renewal of the Personal Plan and domain, fashionaffairsblog.com, that you bought in 2016. You most definitely still own that website – you can see it listed if you click on My Sites in the top-left corner of the screen.

    I see you’ve since already cancelled the plan, and we’ve issued a refund. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
