  i bought a domain and wordpress personal 11 months back. it is set up for auto-renewal. i got an email about renewal fees. i do not want to renew. as i login to my wordpress account, i can however not see this in my ‘manage purchases’ and hence can’t stop auto-renew. please advice

  It sounds like you have just signed in to the wrong account. No worries, we can help you get sorted and cancel that auto renew. What site are you inquiring about?

  Before you let the domain expire be certain there’s no chance you’ll want to use it again in the future. Once it expires someone else can purchase it and build a site with that name.
