    Hi, my name is Aline and I am the developer of the website Alpin Club Coffee, the website that used the subscription plugin that was purchased last year. Turns out that at the time to make the purchase my credit card was used. Unfortunately the site went down a few months ago and now the renewal has happened on my card again. I talked to Thiago, owner of this account and the website, and he said that he would soon return to the website, but without the signature.
    I can’t afford the amount paid for the plugin, I don’t have any customers to forward the plugin. It will no longer be used and was only renewed because I don’t have access to the gmail used for this account here and I didn’t get the renewal notices. I didn’t know it would be renewed on my card and if I had received any notice it would have prevented the renewal. I need this last purchase to be renewed. The value of the plugin in Brazilian currency is almost the value of the local minimum wage. I need this renewal canceled.

    I thought I had left my card registered in the payment methods here, but when I checked again, I saw that there is no method registered, so the renewal charge was totally wrong on my card. How can the company simply charge the card when the payment information was not available on the platform? In this case, without a payment method entered by the buyer, the purchase should not have taken place. This shows me that Woo is against data protection laws having as soon as I deleted the payment data and even then the purchase was processed on my card. How do I contact the company?
