Renewal Cancellation Credit after Closing Account

If I close my account now, will I still receive credit for the renewal cancellation that was just processed? I already have a credit memo showing in the account. Thanks!

Hi there,
The last payment on your account was refunded on 2 November. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Closing your account will have no effect on a refund that’s already been processed on our end, but I would recommend you print out the refund receipt in https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/ before you do, should you need the transaction ID therein to follow up with your bank about the refund.

Hi, I have been trying to access wordpress.com for 3 days and only get the “W” logo. Nothing else appears on the page. Are their servers down?

Nothing is down on our end. What you’re experiencing happens when your browser is unable to load all the code WordPress.com needs to work, either because of a caching issue, or because something in your browser is blocking that code.
Please try clearing your browser cache and unplug your modem/router for a few seconds to reset it. Also make sure your browser allows JavaScript, and disable any ad-blocker or tracking-protection browser add-ons you might have installed to see if that makes a difference.
If none of that helps, please open a new thread, include a link to your site, and let us know exactly which browser, including the version number, you’re using.
