Renewal charge?

  My subscription was not up until mid June. Why was my card charged today???? A month early AND no heads up on the matter? I want answers, now. My personal debit card is not to be run at your desire and convenience. I paid for a year and it has not been a year. I am pissed and would like somebody to contact me immediately.

  There are no upgrades owned by the account you are logged in to. If you want me to take a look, please login and reply as the account that owns the upgrade.

  We renew upgrades 30 days before their actual expiration date:

  Manage Your Purchases

  If an upgrade expires, it can cause unwanted changes to your site. So we like to make sure everything is taken care of in advance, ready for the expiry date.

  A month early AND no heads up on the matter?

  We sent an email to the address on your account. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam folder in case it has gone there.
