Renewal Charge

My account has been recharged another year for a domain I no longer use, and it doesn’t recognisey email to log in and cancel it, despite sending the receipt to that email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I’d like to cancel my renewal and receive a refund for this year’s payment if possible! Many thanks -
