renewal domain paid but it doesn’t work !!!

Hello, I am taking the liberty of writing to you because I am very annoyed. I have a professional website with wordpress.com. So I renewed my plan and two of my domain names.
The problem is that my payment is charged but the renewal of my domain name does not seem to work. So that I paid, and two times. This is a professional site and my site is no longer accessible to customers.I’ve always be satisfied by wordpress.com but, now, i’m afraid…

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the second renewal without canceling the domain itself.
