    I saw in may credit card bill that you charge me about an automatic renewal of my domain I didn’t authorize it.
    I feel like i was stollen from a blog that i never expected a threat like this.
    I don’t want this domain anymore. and don’t want to pay U$ 99,00. I’m very upset. It’s amazing a thing like that.
    And I would like to know what are you going to do? I want you to cancel it ou to refund me. And if you don’t know i’ll have to pay taxes in brazil to by in US$

    I’m sorry to hear that you were surprised by an auto-renewal. We try not to surprise anyone, so we send out multiple renewal warnings prior to the renewal date.

    I would have been happy to refund your payment, but it appears you have filed a dispute with your credit card company. So at this point, it is out of our hands and will be up to your credit card company to credit your account.
